Cook meatballs until they reach an internal temperature of 160 F degrees. While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the sauce: add all the sauce ingredients (cranberry sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and optional red pepper flake) to a large skillet. Stir and cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Turn down the heat and stir in the cooked meatballs. Cook until heated through. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
