Strawberry Cookie Dessert

An easy Valentine’s treat made with premade cookie dough, cream cheese frosting, and fresh berries. Perfect for when you're short on time but want something delicious and impressive. The fruit topping can be customized.
1. Heat oven to 350°F. On an ungreased 9 1/2″ x 13″ baking sheet, press cookie dough evenly in the bottom. Bake for 18 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, and powdered sugar until well blended.
3. Spread over COOLED crust. Top with berries (strawberries and optional blueberries).
4. Gently mix berries and strawberry jam. Spoon berry mixture on top of cream cheese-topped pie crust. It’s best served right away or cover and refrigerate until serving.
