Sheet Pan Nachos

-Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

-Cook ground beef on medium heat until browned. Drain if desired.

-Return pan to heat and add the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a Simmer.

-In a sheet pan with sides, layer chips with a thin layer of cheese. (bake chips until just melted).

-Remove from oven and layer chips with as much of the beef mixture, beans, corn, and cheese as you’d like.

-Broil on HIGH for a minute or until the cheese is melty. (watch it, they go fast).

-Top with the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro, jalapeno, black olives, and sour cream before serving. Note: you won’t need the entire can of corn.
