Pumpkin Cheese Ball

1. Add all ingredients (except bagel seasoning) to a medium mixing bowl. Mix with an electric hand mixer until smooth.
2. Shape into a ball using greased hands.
3. Roll the cheese ball in the bagel seasoning.
4. Next, place the cheese ball on a double layer of plastic wrap, and pull the wrap up around the cheese ball and tie it tightly at the top to form a ball shape. Make a dent where the stem will go.
5. Cut 4 pieces of butcher string about 2 feet long each. Lay them in a star pattern over each other, place the wrapped cheese ball in the center and tie up and around tightly to form the pumpkin shape.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours or overnight
7. Unwrap about 30 minutes before serving. (room temperature cheese tastes better)  And insert the stem.
8. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or whatever you fancy.
