Ingredients: 1 piece peach; 0.5 cup granulated sugar; 0.5 cup water; 0.5 cup gin; 0.75 cup club soda; 4 tbsp white peach simple syrup; mint; 2 slice peach slices

This little peach 🍑 cocktail was so pretty and refreshing. I served it as a welcome drink for my dinner guests last weekend. It's great to make a pitcher of drinks so they are ready to serve when your guests arrive I can be a part of the party🥰:) This recipe is for 2 drinks, but double it as many times as you'd like! ☺️

PEACH SIMPLE SYRUP: Simmer the peach slices in a small saucepan with the sugar and water for 30 minutes. Remove it from the heat and allow to cool and strain. Keep the syrup refrigerated until use. PEACH GIN FIZZ: Add the gin, club soda, 4 tablespoons of the simple syrup. Stir until blended. Garnish with the mint and float the remaining peach slices on top of the drink to form a heart. Serve immediately.
