Limoncello Martini recipe, perfect for enjoying a bit of sunshine. This delicious and easy cocktail is made with vodka, limoncello, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup, garnished with a sugared rim and a lemon wheel.
1. Rub a slice of lemon around the edge of the glass.
2. Dip rim of the glass in white sugar and set aside.
3. Pour limoncello, vodka and lemon juice in a shaker or mason jar and shake verrrrry well.
4. Pour into a glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon wheel, if you’d like.
Double the recipe to make 2 at a time.
