Who needs takeout when you can make Stromboli magic with frozen dough and deli meat? This recipe uses frozen bread dough and a variety of deli meats and cheese, creating a delicious and easy Stromboli perfect for a quick dinner or game day snack.
Defrost 1 loaf of frozen bread dough (do not let it rise). In a small bowl, mix 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp oregano to create the oil/spice mix. For the filling, combine 1 1/2 cup mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, mortadella, and Peperoncino. Roll out the dough, brush it with the oil mix, then layer the fillings on one half of the dough. Fold the other half of the dough over the fillings and crimp the edges to seal. Brush the top with the beaten egg white for a golden finish. Bake at 375°F until golden brown and melty inside. Once baked, slice, dip in marinara (optional), and enjoy!
